Aleksandra Lyutskanova
PresidentWith over 12 years of experience in the Erasmus+ programme and Non-Formal Education, she has managed more than 30 projects on topics such as human rights, media literacy, inclusion, and environmental protection. Aleksandra is an expert in project cycle management, the development of project proposals, and volunteering management. She has a broad network of partner organizations in Europe, Asia, and North America.
Mila Petrova
Vice PresidentMila's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Bucharest makes her an essential actor in communication, problem-solving, management, and PR in our NGO. She has a passion for teaching and conveying complex information to target groups, and her connections with local authorities enable the successful implementation of NGO initiatives on a local level. Her expertise involves group planning and session development, role-playing, and other individual and group training methods and activities.
