Project Description: The project aims to enhance the capacity of young individuals to develop transversal skills necessary for labor market integration.
Project Objectives:
O1. Increase the knowledge level of young individuals regarding job market recruitment tools (CV creation, interview skills) by at least 30% by the project's completion.
O2. Develop the capacities of young individuals for labor market integration and identification of opportunities in this domain, targeting a minimum of 50% of participating youth by the end of 2023.
O3. Propose more efficient recruitment methods for young individuals in the labor market through a 50% improvement, achieved by exchanging best practices in the field by the project's conclusion.
